We chose the name to reflect our growing, diverse and nationwide client base. Building upon the more than 25 years experience of our predecessor companies, TPC is able to offer a broad array of third party administrator services.
Despite extensive growth, TPC remains dedicated to our original mission: Make it cost-effective and simple for employers to offer first-rate pension and benefit plans to employees. The Pension Company is wholly owned by the law firm of Garza & Harris, LTD, located in Dallas, Texas. The law firm specializes in the design, drafting and administration of all types of qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
The Pension Company, which currently administers more than 800 retirement plans and has offices in three states. The Pension Company is a licensed, legally liable third party administrator.
